Working together to deliver improved quality and safety outcomes

Since 2012 GovernancePlus has and continues to support many health and community sector clients across Australia with their accreditation requirements. We know that sustainable and effective clinical and corporate governance systems form the foundations for successful accreditation. Rather than a focus on compliance our methodology assesses the effectiveness of clinical and corporate governance systems as with reviewing the sustainability, capacity and capability of quality and risk management systems. Our aim is to assist organisations to be accreditation ready every day.

A collaborative partnership model is used with all GovernancePlus clients where their success is our success. A key strategy is to build and sustain long term relationships with our clients which in turn delivers mutually beneficial outcomes. • Use of a systems approach to undertake and complete assignments as per client expectations
  • Use of experienced consultants with specialist skills
